Soft serves are generally known for their
softness and smooth flavor. The legendary ice lollies and pops were ruling the
entire world for their coldness and hard to melt feature, but ever since the
accidental implementation of a softer ice cream came into being the trend in
the sector of frozen desserts rapidly changed course. The first thing to
consider here is the rich cream that came into being just right after the
normal soft serve ( which was just the molten lollies). The addition of a
creamy layer made the soft serve better and more doting was the first
advancement made to this legendary frozen dessert.
So what makes this thing more likable and
creamy? The ingredients do have a great role playing in this but the machines
used in this preparation play a larger role. The cream isn’t just added to the
soft serve. The mixes and blends are those that make the entire thing. We
usually just see the patterned tower of the favorite flavor that we order but
never see the process or even so notice the machine it comes from. Usually the
mix and blends that are supplied to these shop keepers are poured into this
machine and a considerate amount of water too is added. This then goes through
various processes and finally comes out as soft serve. These days, the same
machines are used to produce Frozen Yogurts too, as the mechanism involved in
making a frozen yogurt is similar to the one of a soft serve.
So are all machines the same? Now that if
you notice at soft serve shops, the machines used differ from size to size.
Well, that alone is not the difference. The bigger machines produce larger
amount of soft serves whereas the smaller ones produce smaller in quantity.
This has nothing to with the nozzle through which the soft serves come but the
storage capacity of the machine. Apart from the storage size, the quality of
the machines too varies. Like any other products sold in this world, ice cream
and Soft serve machine Australia too have brands that stand out high. Being in Australia
these machine carry a lot of worth when it comes to providing the best soft
serve ice creams in Australia. Machines have the tendency to make the soft
serve softer and creamier.
So in conclusion the two most important and
basic things that determine the quality of the ice creams are the blends used
and the machines used.
